About Us:
Zatham Wealth is a micro-lending institution committed to providing accessible and inclusive financial solutions for clients. We are seeking a motivated and resourceful General Intern to support our day-to-day operations across various departments. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students. This is an entry level position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loan application processing, client onboarding, and document verification
Support loan officers in client follow-ups, field visits, and collections
Help maintain and update digital and paper-based records
Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional events
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives
Handle incoming and outgoing business phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Quantitative related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of microfinance principles is an added advantage
Strong arithmetical skills and data entry accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong ethical conduct and attention to detail
