Job Description

The General Manager shall act on behalf of the Board of Directors in keeping with polices, vision, mission, and core values of KHFCL. The General Manager shall provide overall oversight and leadership of the company to ensure that formulated strategies are implemented in line with the overall strategic intent of KFCL.
Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 O levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant field and / or professional qualifications from a reputable institution.
• Master’s Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant field and / or professional qualifications from reputable institutions will be added advantage.
• Professional Membership to a relevant body.
• Ten (10) years of work experience in senior management or similar position.
