Kalene Hills Fruit Company Limited (“KHFCL”) is a company wholly owned by Zambia Fruit Company, a subsidiary of the Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”). The Company is located in Mwinilunga District of Northwestern Province. KHFCL has a hybrid fruit and vegetable processing plant with a processing capacity of more than 3 metric tonnes per hour.

As part of its growth strategy, a need has arisen to fill the following positions:

GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager shall act on behalf of the Board of Directors in keeping with policies, vision, mission, and core values of KHFCL. The General Manager shall provide overall oversight and leadership of the company to ensure that formulated strategies are implemented in line with the overall strategic intent of KFCL.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 O levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant field and/or professional qualifications from a reputable institution.
• Master’s Degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or other relevant field and/or professional qualifications from reputable institutions.
• Professional Membership to a relevant body.
• Ten (10) years of work experience in senior management or similar position.
