WE ARE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

We’re looking for someone who has a mix of operational prowess to get great work done, with the negotiation and collaboration skills to bring out the best from our partners, the strategic, innovative, and creative thinking to develop outside-the-box solutions and ensure correct operational procedures are followed at all times, who will lead the setting, direction, a fast-paced business and inspire the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the local team. Have full P&L responsibility and own business objectives;
• Implement and monitor the main KPI’s in the country;
• Design strategy and set goals for growth;
• Establish and maintain partnerships with partners on our platform;
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices;
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant;
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability;
• Manage budgets and forecasts;
• Increase the quality of customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Business Development or Operations Management, primarily focused on strategy implementation and execution;
• 5+ years’ professional experience in the retail, e-commerce, foodtech sector;
• Experience of launching foodtech-related business in multiple countries;
• Proven Relationship Management, Sales, Negotiation & Influencing skill;
• Knowledge of Russian, Armenian, English.
