Geophysicist

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is seeking a knowledgeable Geophysicist to investigate the physical properties of the Earth’s subsurface. The Geophysicist will be responsible for conducting geophysical surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights for exploration and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct geophysical surveys using various techniques such as seismic, magnetic, and gravity.
Analyze geophysical data to interpret subsurface structures and resources.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on survey results.
Collaborate with geologists and engineers to support exploration and development projects.
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during fieldwork.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of geophysical methods and data interpretation.
Proficiency with geophysical software and equipment.
Ability to work in diverse field conditions and handle complex data.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in geophysical analysis software and data interpretation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Geophysicist or in a related role.
