OneZambia is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to conduct investigations and analyses of soil and rock conditions for construction projects. The Geotechnical Engineer will provide insights into ground conditions and support safe and effective project designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geotechnical investigations and soil testing
• Analyze soil and rock samples and interpret geotechnical data
• Provide recommendations for foundation design and ground stabilization
• Collaborate with civil and structural engineers on project planning
• Ensure compliance with geotechnical standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in geotechnical investigations and analysis
• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in geotechnical software and MS Office
