ADVERTISEMENT NO. 1 OF 2023
Chama Town Council wishes to inform the general public that, in order to serve the community better, applications are hereby invited from all suitable qualified individuals to fill the under listed vacancy positions.

1. JOB TITLE: GRADER OPERATOR (02)

JOB PURPOSE
To undertake and be responsible for all grading operations road works MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:-
• Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate

MINIMUM VOCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: – Valid Driver’s License Minimum Class C, TE
• General Grander Operator Certificate/Competence
• Craft Certificate in Heavy Duty Mechanics will be an added advantage.

MINIMUM RELATED PRE-JOB EXPERIENCE ATTRIBUTES:-
• Two (2) years of experience.
• Experience in gravel road construction and with the ability to interpret drawings
• Sober minded and No criminal record
• Residents of Chama are encouraged to apply
