We at Sunline International Logistics Group, are expressing our keen interest in offering a valuable internship opportunity to University/College graduates. We believe that providing students with hands-on experience in a real-world work environment can greatly enhance their learning and prepare them for future careers. This is allowance based internship.

i. Finance – Conducting statutory returns (ZRA), Accounting package data entry, Cashbook updates and any other task assigned by the Finance Manager.

ii.  Marketing Department – Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential clients and Suppliers, Help prepare sales presentations and proposals, Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions, Negotiate rates with Transporter and partners to ensure profitability and Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of goods.

iii.  Warehouse (Bonded) – Aid with documents filing, storage and archiving for all warehouse-related documentation, Assist warehouse office staff with the preparation of warehouse documents and reports, Have an understanding of warehouse operations with regards to receiving and dispatching cargo, aiding warehouse grounds staff in their duties, Any other tasks determined by the supervisor i.e. help with office stationery requisitions, etc.

iv.  Clearance – Releasing documents (Imports, Exports, Bondings), capturing entries (ex-bonding, reports, bonding, conducting a physical inspection with ZRA), providing regular updates to management on work progress, challenges and recommendations, and monitoring T1 status updates, submitting RIBS to customs clearance and capturing direct export entries.

v.  Freight Forwarding Department – Coordinate and oversee the shipping of all outgoing cargo assigned, Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping reports, Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipment schedules and Ensure the tracking reports are updated accordingly with (Date of arrival at loading site, Loading date of trucks booked, Dispatch dates, Dates on selected points during its transit Date of arrival at destination, Offloading date at the destination)
