Our client, has a rapidly growing business practice looking for enthusiastic professionals to join their team as Graduate trainees.
Graduate Trainees
Responsibilities

Understand the client environment and gain knowledge, skills and abilities to perform assigned tasks;
-
Set Management Development Objectives/Goals with Management in order to develop capacity to execute tasks;
-
Demonstrate interest in learning and updating personal knowledge in the assigned role;
-
Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about procedures, methods and standards that are required for performing one’s duties;
-
Available to work under pressure and tight deadlines in any division, department or part of the country and participate in all job on training tasks during the programme;
-
Share knowledge and learning experiences with programme peers and coaches as well as programme coordinator;
-
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in line with set standards to facilitate Management’s assessment of the Trainee;
-
Take responsibility for and commit to continuous self-development throughout the duration of the programme in order to achieve a high level of competence;
-
Attend and successfully pass all training pre-requisites including assessments, examinations and programmes within the specified time-frames;
-
Undertake monitoring and review of the progress of one’s performance with key stakeholders; and
-
Successfully manage and complete all assigned projects and assessments as per Management Development Programme requirements and schedule.

Qualification
-
Grade twelve (12) School Certificate or GCE equivalent with minimum five (5) Credits or better;

University Degree with minimum of
MERIT
in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Mining or Engineering degrees obtained from a reputable institution accredited by the Zambia Qualifications Authority or similar bodies; and
-
Must be between the age of eighteen (18) and twenty-five (25) years of age.
