GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAMME
The Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries Corporation PLC (ZAFFICO) is a listed and publicly traded company whose mission is to establish and manage industrial exotic forest plantations and agroforestry products to meet demand and maximize return on investment.
In pursuance of its mission and strategic goals, the Corporation seeks ambitious, talented graduates for its two-year graduate training programme. This esteemed programme, crafted to equip recent graduates with skill and knowledge enhancement in a nurturing, dynamic milieu, includes hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure to diverse business functions enabling participants to acquire vital expertise for career success.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Spanning 24 months, the programme offers extensive business exposure, enabling participants to garner crucial insights and practical experience. Rotating through various departments/units, candidates will engage in real- world projects alongside seasoned professionals, thereby honing skills and knowledge for their career trajectory.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Must have graduated within the past three years (2021-2023) from an accredited university.
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree with a distinction, merit or equivalent in Forestry/Wood Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mass
• Communication, Business Administration/Studies, Accounting, Human Resource Management Information Technology, or related field.
• Must exhibit a robust work ethic, self-motivation, and high integrity. Must demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal abilities, encompassing relationship-building, effective collaboration, and clear idea presentation.
• Must show aptitude as a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges. • Must be ready to work in remote rural areas.
