Habitat for Humanity Zambia (HFHZ) – Vendor Registration for the 2025 to 2026 Period

Habitat for Humanity Zambia (HFHZ) is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), a global non-profit housing organization dedicated to alleviating housing poverty. HFHZ has been operating in Zambia since 1984, providing affordable housing solutions, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and addressing other vital issues such as livelihoods, gender, and climate resilience.

Invitation to Apply for Vendor Registration
HFHZ is inviting suppliers of goods and services to apply for registration for the period from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. The registration covers the following categories:

Lot 01: Car Hire and Air Travel

Travel agency (local and international air travel)
Car Hire (Trucks and Buses)

Lot 02: Consultancy and Research

Lot 03: Accommodation & Conference Facilities

Meeting facilities
Accommodation
Outside catering services
Lot 04: Supply of Stationery and Other Supplies
Lot 05: Office Equipment & Furniture

Lot 06: Supply of ICT Electronics and Consumables/Other Office Equipment

Lot 07: Large Format Printing and Branding

Lot 08: Media Production(Filming, Photography, Production, and Streaming)

Lot 09: Supply of Construction/Building Materials, Fabrication Services, Construction Tools, and Safety Attire
Lot 10: Drilling of Boreholes, Civil Works, and Construction of Water Kiosks
Lot 11: Cleaning Services, Pest Control, and Garbage Collection
Lot 12: ICT Maintenance (Printers and Computers)
Lot 13: ICT Consultancy Services
Lot 14: Insurance
Lot 15: Motor Vehicle Fleet Maintenance (Garages)
Lot 16: Supply and Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment
Lot 17: Maintenance of Air Conditioners
Lot 18: Security Services
Lot 19: Customs Clearance
Required Documents:
Interested suppliers and consultants/service providers must submit the following documentation to HFHZ:

Cover Letter
Company Profile with the current business office location
Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid ZPPA Certificate
Valid Worker’s Compensation
For Lot 10, provide valid registration certificates with:

WARMA for drillers
NCC for contractors
EIZ for engineering firms
NAPSA or Social Security Certificate
References from past and/or current customers
PACRA Registration Certificate
Important Notes
Suppliers who meet the minimum requirements will be shortlisted for pre-qualification inspection to confirm eligibility.
Successful suppliers will be invited to bid for specific tenders.
Registration does not guarantee business, as all suppliers will be subject to a competitive bidding process.
Current vendors supplying goods/services to HFHZ must also re-apply with all required documentation.
