A prominent and major real estate company based in Lusaka with over many years in the property market seeks the services of the following persons:

HANDYMAN/ESTATE SUPERVISOR

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our well established Estate comprising a large main house, offices, staff accommodation extensive gardens, some wild life, domestic birds and pets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Select and supervise a team of workers
Perform general duties including repairs and maintenance of all installations including the following:
Solar system installations
Water reticulation
Estate properties
Ensure the estate runs smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

10+ years of hands on experience
Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
Ability to work independently and supervise a team
Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Drivers licence
Over Five (5) years of driving

Location: Lusaka
