JOB PURPOSE
To analyse and enhance 5G and FWA channel performance to ensure efficiency and delivering of Organization budget. Responsible for daily channel KPIs performance reporting, stock reconciliation, attendance and channel route plans governance, oversees rewards and allowances for the channel.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
-
• Driving implementation of channel performance KPIs visibility and daily reporting.

• Providing timely and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports to the 5G and FWA sales team and management.

• Extracting sales intelligence that informs, prescribes, automates, predicts, and drives actionable insights to achieve organization goals.

• Overseeing commission and transport fee payment to the channel.
-
• Ensuring channels Masterfile are updated and accurately mapped for accurate reporting and commission payment process.

• Ensuring department and channel process compliance.
-
• Continuous monitoring of actual Vs budgeted performance and budget restrictions.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs to achieve sales targets, revenue, and profitability targets as well as other related business objectives as assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
-
• A bachelor’s degree in; Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Sales and Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proficiency in MS-Excel for data analysis and SQL for query execution.
Relevant Experience:
-
• At least two (02) years’ experience in either direct or indirect sales.
