F.A.R.M.E.R.S

1. Be a champion of external stakeholder(farmer) meeting strategy execution (F – Farmer Meeting Strategies)

2. Be a champion driver of the Product Leadership and PLC agenda by conducting and facilitating the conducting of field days in coverage area.

3. Be a champion driver of the Product Leadership and PLC agenda by conducting and facilitating the conducting of harvest days in coverage area.

4. Crop Trials Strategy Proposals

5. GAPs Content Packaging for various farmer segments

6. Build the Company and your personal brand as a trusted advisor/Thought Leader in your area of operation

7. Participate in the most relevant industry events to promote the visibility of Seed Co as a brand leader

8. Engage farmers/stakeholders on strategically selected media platforms with content that is in context, for a greater reach of stakeholders than physical meetings can do.

9. Champion the Seed Co Agronomy and Extension Service Strategy (Market Segmentation, Product Placement, Demonstrations and Field Trials Execution, Farmer Trainings, Sales and After-Sales Service, Customer Complaints Management and ESG Activations).

10. Champion a culture of growth focused Agronomy, Extension and Sales for full circle business relevant operations. 11. Identify, create and drive strategic and smart eco-system partnerships that drive value for the business and the farmer in the area of operation.

A.M.P.A.Q

1. Provide market segment information that feeds into product placement forecasting and budgeting in the area of operation.

2. Support the placement of the correct product, in correct packages, in the correct zones, timeously

3. Grow direct local sales and adoption of newer products in the area of operation

4. Support the RSMs/ASAs with regard to product knowledge, product brochures and in-store product posters placement.

5. Coach ASAs and Merchandisers on product value propositions, to drive price acceptance

6. Network with stakeholders, potential customers, and accurately demonstrate product features and benefits to them.

7. Provide technical back up to ASAs at point of sale (agronomic)

8. Support the management of in-store product quality by ensuring ideal quality standards for seed storage and package breakages.

9. Ensure the resolution of in-trade complaints on seed quality is done timeously.

10. Ensure the resolution of farmer complaints on seed performance.

11. Support the Digital Strategy among the stakeholders in the area of operation.

Key skills

• Knowledge in Plant Breeding & Crop agronomy

• Competent Strip Trials Data analysis & Reporting

• Assertive team player, Lobbyist, and strategist

• Extremely articulate presenter of hard numbers

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Agriculture Plant Science or Agronomy

• Relevant Field Experience

• Motor Vehicle Drivers License (Minimum 2 Years of Driving as per Insurance Regulations)
