About the Role:
As the Head of Centre, you will be the driving force. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the strategic direction and vision for dynamic and impactful leadership programs.
- Overseeing curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring our programs remain cutting-edge and evidence-based.
- Building and leading a team of passionate facilitators dedicated to experiential learning and leadership development.
- Forging strong relationships with diverse target groups, including schools, corporations, and community partners.
- Spearheading fundraising initiatives to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Representing at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, program management, and experiential learning methodologies.
- A deep understanding of current trends and best practices in leadership development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for adventure, experiential learning, and inspiring young leaders.
