At Dangote Cement, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head, Power Plant. As the Head, Power Plant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our power plant facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the power plant, ensuring efficient and reliable power generation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the power plant and minimize downtime.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Manage the budget for the power plant operations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of power plant operations with other plant activities.
