Job Description

LanjiZ Management Consultants assists Corporate Clients to scale-up by concentrating on their core businesses and leave the Management of Resources to us! Our services include Recruitment, Training (L&D), Advisory Services and HR Business Process Outsourcing.

Our client: A leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services group in Zambia is seeking to expand its Sales team with the addition of a Head of Sales. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth through direct sales efforts and by leading a Strategic Business Unit. The organization partners with multiple global OEM vendors including providers of enterprise hardware, software, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions and the Head of Sales will oversee Key Account Managers responsible for generating and converting business leads into sales across both public and private sector clients in Zambia.

Role-Overview:

We seek to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales with a strong track record in Financial, Mining, Government and the Private sector selling IT Solutions both Hardware and Software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ICT solutions and a strategic mindset to lead high-impact sales initiatives. The candidate will be required to drive growth, deepen market presence, and manage strategic accounts while leveraging industry expertise and leadership capabilities and lead a sales team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Any Business related field.

Experience:

Four to Five plus years in a sales or pre-sales role with proven experience selling servers, storage, and cyber security solutions to corporate clients.
