Job Description

Job Duties:

Identify, approach, and establish relationships with:

Home builders and real estate developers (individual and commercial scale)
Architects and architectural firms
Interior designers and design studios
Contractors and project management companies
Pitch and close B2B deals for marble slabs, tiles, tombstones, and custom stonework.
Strategically expand our reach into new construction and renovation projects.

Client Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers, including high-value interior designers and architects.
Understand project timelines and material requirements to offer timely solutions and secure bulk orders.
Handle client objections, pricing discussions, and follow-ups with a consultative selling approach.

Sales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy with monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client databases, and activity logs.
Report sales pipeline status to leadership regularly and refine strategies based on results

Requirements

5–10 years of proven sales experience in building materials, marble/stone, tiles, or interiors-related industries.

Strong network of builders, designers, and architects (existing relationships preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Fluent in English and local language(s); well-presented and persuasive in meetings.

Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and project reviews.
