Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of School to lead our institution into the future. If you are passionate about education, possess strong leadership skills, and are dedicated to fostering a supportive and innovative learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Implement the Cherry Hills vision.

Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.

Act as a liaison between parents and the school concerning academic, extracurricular, and social matters involving our students.

Demonstrate empathy and compassion to foster an inclusive school environment.

Adapt to new educational trends and manage change effectively.

Make informed, timely decisions in the best interest of the school community.

Uphold high moral standards and ethical practices.
-
Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging teamwork and valuing contributions from all school members.

Ensure high-quality education through a deep understanding of educational theories and practices.

Resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious school environment.

Encourage innovative teaching methods and creative problem-solving approaches.

Manage school resources efficiently to achieve educational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Master’s degree or better in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
-
Additional certifications in school administration or leadership are highly desirable.
-
A minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in international school(s), such as Head of School, Deputy Head, or Head of Department.

Conversant in Cambridge Curriculum and the UK National Curriculum – Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Proven track record of successful management and leadership of international schools.

Experience in curriculum development and implementation.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of educators and administrative staff.
