Egan is looking for a dynamic Head Teacher to lead and manage the educational activities and administration of our school. The Head Teacher will ensure a high standard of education and foster a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily school operations and manage staff
Develop and implement school policies and procedures
Monitor and evaluate academic performance and school programs
Engage with parents, community members, and educational authorities
Lead staff development and training initiatives

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Proficiency in school management software and MS Office
