Job Description:

Lumina Ventures is seeking a dedicated Health Educator to join our team in Lusaka. The Health Educator will develop and implement health education programs to promote wellness and prevent disease within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate health education programs and workshops.
• Conduct community assessments to identify health needs and priorities.
• Develop educational materials such as pamphlets, videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers.
• Provide individual and group education sessions on various health topics.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of health promotion and education principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field.

Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate complex health information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health education or related field.
