Position Overview:

Lumina Ventures is hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Lusaka. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery used in construction and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Assist with construction and production tasks as needed.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent.
Valid heavy equipment operator certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
