Job Description:
Nexus Zambia is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our users in Lusaka. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

Perform regular system updates and maintenance.

Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.

Assist with the setup and management of user accounts.

Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.

Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Familiarity with network and system administration.
Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
