OneZambia is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to users. The Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or remote assistance

Document and track support requests and resolutions

Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment and software

Maintain and update IT knowledge base and documentation
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role

Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in help desk software and MS Office
