Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage bookings and reservations professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk environment.

Qualifications :

• General Hospitality Qualification
• 3 yrs Experience minimum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems.
