Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is looking for a welcoming Host/Hostess to greet guests and manage dining reservations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage reservations and maintain the waitlist.
• Provide information about menu items and specials.
• Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns.
