Job Description
Copperbelt Innov is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay, while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures.

Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control.

Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in hotel management software.

Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
