Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay, while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.

Education
