JOB DETAILS:

House Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified House Manager with a background in Education Psychology and Adult Education and Psychology to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the house
• Manage house staff and ensure efficient performance
• Develop and implement educational programs for adults in the house
• Provide counseling and support services as needed
• Coordinate activities and schedules.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education and Psychology 0r Educational Psychology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a House Manager or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
