Description
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. You will oversee a team of housekeeping staff and work closely with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance operations
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with purchasing department for replenishment
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and quality of service
• Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping services, and resolve any issues promptly
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Housekeeping
• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and staff.
