Temporary Position – HR Assistant
Purpose of the Role:
The Human Resources Assistant will be recruited to assist in updating the KMH staff HR files
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in updating the KMH staff HR files Ensuring all files are correctly labeled and stored.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.

Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in organizing company events.

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Any other lawful duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
