Assisting in Handling Employee Manpower

Transport arrangement within Maamba
-
Filling and making follow-ups on JDs and KPIs
-
Assisting in Recruitments and coordinating for selecting suitable candidates
-
Preparing of Employment Contract Extension Letters
-
Preparing Driver`s monthly Rota
-
Preparing and submission of employee attendance
-
Assisting in Handling Employee Grievances
-
Assisting in Maintenance and observance of Legal Requirements
-
Leave Days Calculation
-
Assisting in Transport arrangement outside Maamba
Assisting with Immigration issues
ROLE OF THE POSITION (Brief statement about the purpose of the position):
-
Assisting in coordinating and developing HR functions and procedures in accordance with the organization norms but in line with local applicable laws.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Assisting in Preparing and submission of employee attendance
-
Assisting in Verification of needed statutes with NEZL & Its Agents.
-
Assisting with Employee Leave calculations
-
Employee involvement i.e. Monthly interactive meetings, circulars and timely notices
-
Assisting in Arranging transport for employees travelling to and from Lusaka for their vacations
-
Assisting in scheduling for employees who are due for medical tests (Silicosis) in the month of April and October.

Assisting in Ensuring wellness of visitors including company Senior Management
-
Assisting in Conducting Exit Interviews
-
Assisting in Maintaining of all HR related records.
-
Can Act as Senior Assistant HR/ Admin Officer on appointment in the absence of the position holder
SECONDARY / ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As assigned by the Senior Assistant HR/Admin Manager or NEZL Management i.e. Site in charge

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY BACKGROUND :
QUALIFICATION : Diploma in Human Resource Management
