Job Description
The HR Business Partner Operations will support day-to-day HR functions across multiple
client accounts, gaining hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and pursuing a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening
CVs, scheduling interviews).

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes for clients

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (digital and physical).

Process payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.

Participate in drafting HR documents, contracts, and reports.

Support client-facing HR tasks including employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.

Conduct HR audits and policy reviews for clients

Perform any other administrative and HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Member of ZIHRM
-
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR practices, labour laws, and administrative
processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Must be based in Lusaka or willing to relocate.
