Job Description:
Elite Zambia is seeking an HR Consultant to assist organizations in managing their human resources functions. The successful candidate will provide expertise in HR practices, develop HR strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop HR policies and procedures.
• Provide advice on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Education:
