HR Consultant

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is hiring an HR Consultant to provide expert advice and support on HR-related issues. The HR Consultant will work with various departments to enhance HR practices, address organizational challenges, and implement effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR consultancy services, including advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvements.
Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies and solutions.
Support HR projects, including change management and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance on compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in HR consultancy tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
