Frontier Logistics, a leader in logistics services in Lusaka, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources functions and contribute to the strategic growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
