Responsibilities:

Manage the entire staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with all local regulations.

Convert Group Policies into localised policies and procedures.

Investigate and resolve employee concerns and conflicts effectively.

Ensure consistent application of all HR policies and maintain company organization charts and employee directories.

Partner with management to align HR goals with business strategies.
-
Maintain HR information systems and processes.
-
Conduct performance reviews and salary adjustments.
-
Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (preferred)

In-depth knowledge of HR strategies and practices (compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, employee relations).

Ability to apply HR practices in compliance with Zambian employment regulations.

Proven track record of building a diverse, inclusive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Experience with data analysis to inform strategic HR planning.
Additional Information:

Zambian citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory. This is not negotiable.

Position is based in Lusaka, Zambia.
