Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
Requirements:

Proven experience in HR management with strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in HR management software and tools.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
