Neelkanth Fresh Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR strategy and operations of the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:

Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

Oversee employee onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Process payroll and benefits administration.

Manage employee performance management and development programs.
-
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Provide HR support to management and employees.
-
Knowledge/experience in Union management
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3 years minimum of experience in HR roles.
-
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
-
Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
-
Experience or knowledge in the Dove Payroll system

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
