A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

HR experience, in a manufacturing setting, with multi-site leadership responsibilities is a MUST
-
In-depth knowledge of Zambian labor law and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent command of English, and local language/s, both written and spoken.
