• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• HR experience, in a manufacturing setting, with multi-site leadership responsibilities is a MUST
• In-depth knowledge of Zambian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English, and local language/s, both written and spoken.
• Expertise in cost control and analysis.
• Proficient in workforce planning and talent management.
• Strong ability in talent acquisition and development.
• High level of employee engagement and communication skills.
• Adept in training and strategic planning.
