Key Responsibilities
-Assist in preparing the payroll and administering staff benefits
– Maintain up to date employee records
– Drafting employment contracts
– Assist in other duties as delegated
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
– Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration from a reputable learning institution
– Should be a member of the Zambian Institute of Human Resource Management(ZIHRM)
– At least 1 year work experience
-Should have knowledge of the Zambian labor laws (Employment Code Act)
– Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
-Preferably male between the age of 24 and 28 years old.
