Objective

The main objective of this consultancy is to engage a consultant to develop comprehensive human resource policies and procedures that align with Zambian labor laws.

• Developing Employment manuals

Timelines

The consultant is expected to complete within 15 working days with regular check-in meetings

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws
