Skills and Academic Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• ⁠Must be a paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
• Willingness to learn
• Highly focused, result-driven, and must have a strong sense of integrity
• Should be computer literate
