HR Manager
Our Client, a company specialized in transportation of petroleum products based in Ndola is looking for a Human Resource Manager with experience and knowledge in Zambian labor practices.
Duties and responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
- Handling of records and benefits administration
- Managing a company’s performance processes
- Ensuring that a company’s policies and procedures comply with employment regulations
- Designing and implementing training programs accordingly
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource or relevant qualifications
- Registered member of ZIHRM
- Atleast 4-6 years experience and experience in a similar industry is an added advantage
