Sabot Zambia Limited is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following positions.
Human Resource Manager X1 Kitwe
Main Responsibilities
-
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligning with overall business strategy and provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

Bridging Management and employee relations in Industrial Relations issues; including Interpretation of Labour laws, disciplinary code and ensure legal compliance

Managing Recruitment & Selection process

Managing Remuneration, Compensation and Benefits
-
Provide day to day performance management guidance to line managers including coaching. counselling, career development, disciplinary actions etc
-
Identification of training needs, managing Training and Development, evaluation and monitoring of programmes by working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Provide HR Policy/Procedure guidance and interpretation by consulting with line management on issues affecting them and providing HR guidance when appropriate

Qualifications and Experience
-
Grade 12 Certificate
-
Must be a member of ZIHRM
-
Should at least possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-
Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage
-
At least five years post-qualification experience
-
At least two years in a supervisory/managerial role
