TIME TRUCKING LIMITED/TIME PETROLEUM LIMITED , the leading transportation companies in Zambia, are looking to employ qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER:

Main responsibilities:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligning with overall business strategy and provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Bridging Management and employee relations in Industrial Relations issues; including Interpretation of Labour Laws, Disciplinary Codes and ensure legal compliance.
Managing recruitment & Selection process.
Managing Remuneration.
Compensation and Benefits.
Provide HR Policy/ Procedure guidance and interpretation by consulting with the line management.
Leave Management.
HR Monthly Reports.

Qualification and experience:

Grade 12″ Certificate.
Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
Should at least possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Master’s degree in labour laws is an added advantage.
At least five years post- qualification experience.
