Bulk Mining Explosives Limited, a subsidiary of the Omnia group of companies, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bulk emulsion explosives.

Bulk Mining Explosives Limited is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position.

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER  KALUMBILA

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

The responsibilities are but not limited to the following,

• Assist with day to day of the Human Resource Functions
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documents and prepare reports related to staff, recruitment and headcount
• Coordinate human resource related meetings
• Attend to employee requests for services.
• Any other duties as assigned by the head of department.

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12 certificate
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
• A minimum of three years’ experience in human resource management.
• A valid driver’s licence
