Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Head office located next to Mika Conversion Center (34A/7/18, Chongwe, Zambia)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, staff development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for local and expatriate staff.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and support employee career development.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role (experience in engineering, construction, or Chinese companies is an added advantage).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
