HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR XI

Main Responsibilities

Take part and assist in company recruitment process and conduct background checks
Assist with preparation of contract and other onboarding documentation
Ensure high standards of labour relations practices are employed in the business
Prepare HR reports and assist with the filing of documentation, assist with employee Napsa and Nhima registrations.
Ensure the company is compliant with provisions of employment relations and labour laws Take part in disciplinary hearings and handle conflicts and contract terminations

Desired Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Human resource management
Member of ZIHRM
3-5 years work experience in human resource management
Strong communication skills and reporting skills and high attention to detail
Knowledge of Zambian labour laws
