Job Description

Lukanga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited (LgWSC) is a private Company established under the Companies’ Act No 10 of 2017. It was incorporated on 21 March 2006 as a Commercial Water Utility (CU) Limited by shares wholly owned by the Local Authorities in Central Province. The CU was established as part of the GRZ water sub- sector reforms to improve delivery of water supply and sanitation services in the Province. HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Purpose of Job

The Job purpose is to manage the Company’s human resources so that the business objectives of the Company are served. The HRAM also manages administration support services including, security, transport and Information Technology section of LgWSC.
