Responsible for co-ordinating the various functions including administrative procedures & recruitment, leavers / joiners administration, liaison with the various departments of the hotel and outside contractors.
Maintaining & producing reports and records and adhering to policies & procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department.
To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in all areas.
To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.,
To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
Prepare & complete the Monthly Human Resources Report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager.
Coordinate and/or conduct departmental training; and conduct new hire Human Resources orientation.
